Winter is almost here,

so if you are looking for something to do in these long nights then Plourac'h has more than a few events things for you !!!

- Firstly don't forget that on sunday 1st Dec is the village Xmas Market starting at 10.00. There will be spiced Xmas wine, artistic candy floss, crepes and cake along with many, many stalls. This is the first time that there has been a joint effort by the clubs in Plourac'h. Let's hope that the attendance is at least as good as last year.

- Also starting on Sunday 1st Dec is the advent at Kerdudal Park. They will have special events each and every day until Xmas. If you go on a wednesday the coffee is only 0.50€!!

- On 20th Dec between 7 and 8 pm the tractor parade will pass by Kerdudal. It is not allowed to stop will go very slowly. Kerdudal are putting on a special which will include presents for 3 lucky people from father Chrismas, cakes, spiced wine etc etc. Go along beforehand and talk to them while you have a coffee and cake to find out all the details.

- Lena has her sewing, knitting -knit and natter group in the bar on Tuesday eevning. Following her successful day with Lena, Marina will be offering the jewellery collection "Victoria" at various events including the village Xmas Market.

- Club du Roc'Hellou have their AGM on Tuesday 7th Jan 2025. Belote is now being played again. Come along to learn. You can just join in the crafting sessions or other card games. It is a great social atmosphere.

-Yannick has announced that his annual "Wishes" event will take place on Sunday 12 Jan, 2025 at 11.00. Time to find out what has been achivied this year and what is planned for next year.

- The AEKB seems to be getting new members all the time. Come along to improve your French and help the French improve their English.!!

- My apologies to Anikó whose efforts too often go unmentioned (mainly because I cannot sing, although I am allowed to sing carols at Chrismas if no one is in the house!!) Her choir still continue as do the vocal coaching sessions. Behind the scenes is Steve, who if rumour is to be believed is setting up a group. What a talented twosome!!

- Boules on a Wed and a Fri starting at 15.00 still have a good turnout. Wrap up warm and come along!!

Look forward to seeing you at some of these events so that we can practice the Breton.

Nadeleg laouen = Happy chrismas
Bloavez mat = Happy new year
Yec'hed mat = Cheers
