The milk season is drawing to a close, but we're still present at the Callac (Wednesday morning) and Bulat (Friday afternoon) markets. On our stall, we sell goat's cheese crottins and logs, fresh and coated (savory, curry, tomato-origgano, dill, etc.), matured, creamy, ashy, well-done and dry. These same cheeses are available from Hal Ô fromages in Lannion, Pijono butchers in Louargat, En K d'besoin grocery shop in Vieux-Marché, Vertuoses in Callac, Epicodème in Saint-Nicodème, and the various "paniers du Bocage" depots.
We also made jars of kid pâtés and rillettes, with different seasonings: plain pâté or pâté with green pepper, and rillettes with cider or Espelette pepper.
And to round off this first season, we're offering you the chance to buy Salers beef, vacuum-packed, labelled and packaged in packs of 5 or 10 kg. The parcels include an assortment of cuts for grilling (roast, rib, sirloin, steak, rump steak or flank steak, in a proportion of around 55%) and cuts for simmering (according to your wishes: loose minced meat or minced steaks, and/or bourguignon, and/or pot-au-feu for a total of around 45%) will be available at the beginning of December, at the farm or at markets, and deliveries can be arranged elsewhere.
If you wish to have more news, you can write to us, call us or come and see us.
We look forward to seeing you soon, and until then, be well!
